Angel of the Abyss

Set during the 1930s Texas drought in America, five‑year‑old orphan Flora is seen as a monster by her aunt for her mysterious gift of speaking to animals. Fortunately, she is adopted by the kind‑hearted Clara. Her special talent brings new hope to her adoptive family, yet also drags her into plots and false accusations. With help from her adoptive brother Daniel, renowned doctor Lucas and noble youth Reynard, Flora clears her name. She then studies medicine under a mentor and lights hope for everyone with her innocence and kindness through the harsh famine.
